There are only 0 spaces left. Join 30 others at "Ancient Corinth – Acrocorinth."
Our starting point is Ancient Corinth, with its unexpectedly beautiful and well-preserved archaeological site. Our exploration includes sites such as temples, fountains, baths, marketplaces, arcades and more. . . How many people have passed from here leaving their own marks. . . Ancient Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Franks, Venetians, Turkish.
Who were the first inhabitants? Which myth is considered to be the most prevalent about the establishment of Corinth? The one of Sisyphus? Of Medea? Or the myth of Vellerophon and his winged horse, Pegasus?
Our adventure continues to the cities of Helios and of Poseidon, one step away from ancient Corinth. The fortress of Helios, Acrocorinth, stays proud during the centuries and imperishable to the weather conditions illustrating its glorious history through the deserted buildings that lie all around. Stone walls and alleys, gates, temples, fountains, mosques and secret passages give the opportunity to experienced or non-experienced explorers to wander around and discover the hidden ‘treasures’.
After our lunchbreak, we invite you to join us on a sailing trip to the Isthmus of Corinth, from Isthmia to Poseidonia, where we can capture unique pictures of the sinking bridges, we can enjoy the shapes of blue in the water and the formations of the steep cliffs and we can be dazed by the refreshing sea breeze.
We invite you to join our group and to explore uncharted sites off the beaten track that narrate a unique story, different from other conventional tours!
So seize the day with us!
